If you are experiencing difficulties with a game, including technical problems, purchase problems, refunds etc. you need to contact the game supplier, they will help you out! We have no control over the game downloads or the purchasing process. Our suppliers will help with any of these problems, so please contact them.


Who supplied your game?

We are currently using three suppliers - Reflexive, Trymedia (Macrovision) and ArcadeTown.

If you have purchased a game, you should have received a confirmation email from the game supplier. In that email there will be a link and/or an email address you can contact if you have any problems. Please contact the supplier using that information.

1) Reflexive games only allow you to purchase a game from within the game itself. The game purchase page looks like this:
